Overview

These terms govern use of the Heritage Lighting Co. website. Service details for a customer project are established by the written quote, proposal, or service agreement accepted for that project. If those project documents conflict with these website terms, the accepted project documents control the service relationship.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about Heritage Lighting Co. and request information or a quote. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law.

Quotes and pricing

The website currently provides these planning ranges: $899–$1,199 for a small roofline or front entry section, $1,200–$1,799 for a standard roofline, $1,800–$2,499 for larger rooflines, trees, and accents, and $2,500+ for large homes or expanded designs.

These ranges are estimates for planning and are not binding offers. Final pricing depends on the property, roofline length and height, access, trees, decorative accents, design details, installation timing, and the services included. A written proposal will describe the price and scope that apply to a project.

Service agreements

Submitting a website form or requesting a quote does not by itself create a service agreement. Project scope, payment timing, cancellation terms, equipment ownership, installation, seasonal support, removal, storage, and other service terms are governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted by the customer and Heritage Lighting Co.

Customer information and property access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and property information and confirming that they are authorized to request work at the service address. Customers must provide reasonably safe access to the agreed work areas and available exterior power sources. Heritage Lighting Co. should be told in advance about fragile surfaces, recent repairs, solar equipment, security systems, buried utilities near requested ground displays, pets, or other conditions that could affect the work.

Scheduling and weather

Requested installation, service, and removal dates are subject to availability and site conditions. Rain, wind, unsafe conditions, access problems, or other events outside reasonable control may require schedule changes. Heritage Lighting Co. will communicate about material scheduling changes when contact information is available.

Installed displays

For safety and to protect the design, customers should not climb onto roofs or move, repair, or alter installed lighting or electrical connections. Contact Heritage Lighting Co. at (985) 629-7933 if a display needs attention. Service coverage and exclusions are stated in the accepted project documents.

Photographs and examples

Photographs and descriptions on this website show examples of lighting designs and completed work. Properties, materials, and designs vary, so a customer’s display may differ from an example shown on the site.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, photographs, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Heritage Lighting Co. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Third party services and links

The website may rely on third party services or link to websites Heritage Lighting Co. does not control. Those services and websites are governed by their own terms and policies.

Website availability and liability

We work to keep website information useful and current, but we do not promise that every page will always be available or error free.
